It was such a pleasant surprise to discover this hidden gem in PA. As we drove by, the elegant architecture and beautiful front entrance immediately caught our eye. Inside, the space is impressively large and airy, with tables dressed in triple-layered cloths and fine U.S.-made chinaβevery detail feels refined and classy. We started with the seafood tofu soup, served with a touch of red vinegar, and I must sayβitβs the best soup Iβve had in the U.S. The stuffed eggplant was equally outstanding: perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, a rare treat to find as part of a dim sum menu. We got to know the restaurant has been running for more than 30 years. Will definitely come back more! Highly recommend!

We saw some poster that advertised about Dim Sum restaurant and we wanted to give it a try, and we were not disappointed. It looks like the current China Gourmet owners have taken over the old Yangming restaurant and have elevated the authenticity of Cantonese dishes to a much higher level than before. The various Dim Sum dishes that we ordered were about the same quality and prices as its sister restaurant (China Gourmet) in North East Philly. The decor, furniture, tableware and overall atmosphere are pretty much as nice as before but far more upscale than other Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. Moreover, the server was extremely helpful and attentive. Overall, it's definitely a better alternative of going to downtown Philly and paying for parking. We would love to check out the All-you-can-eat weekend offers when we are craving for some delicious tasty Dim Sum dishes.
Iβm always ordering online for delivery. Super delicious food and very neat packaging. We enjoy it every time. Lots of options to choose and we were never disappointed.
Had a great Christmas dinner here, staff were overwhelmed but everything turned out being okay. Food was great and came out timely. The waiter was very nice.
This is one of the cleanest Chinese restaurants I've ever dined in at. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but at times, it could be slightly overwhelming. The main thing that I enjoyed about the food was the cleanliness, quality, and lack of saltiness that is usually associated with Chinese cuisine. However, I do feel that the food could have had a little more flavor. When I ate the food, I thought, "This is good" But when I try to look for a new restaurant to call home, I want to think, "OMG! This is delicious! Yo yo yo, try this one!" I didn't get that feel from the food here, but it is good enough to warrant a return. I do plan on coming back for another meal, as overall, I enjoyed my first experience at Jin Ding. The desserts were also good, flavorful, and not too sweet.
Amazing dining experience, the food was amazing, from the scallion pancakes, the steamed pork buns, and the Gunpowder Chicke. Everything was amazing. It was a little busy at the time, so service was sometimes slow. I'm definitely coming back again. Everything was also reasonably priced as well.
Becky and the staff were exceptionally accommodating! Excellent menu for our Chinese New Year!
